Own the end-to-end design of domain management and discovery experiences for millions of users. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to identify helpful upsell moments and iterate designs based on user research and data.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of domain management and discovery experiences for millions of users
- Identify upsell and cross-sell moments that feel helpful rather than pushy
- Work closely with PMs and engineers in a cross-functional team
- Conduct and synthesise user research to understand customer struggles
- Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch and keep improving
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products
- Generalist mindset: comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft
- Ability to use AI tools in daily workflow
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)
