Product Designer

Lead the branding and end-to-end UX design for an AI-powered tax platform, defining the company's design system and language. Collaborate with founders and engineering to translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the design system and language Marble uses across all surfaces
- Own end-to-end design across Marble's products from early concepts to polished execution
- Collaborate closely with the founders, engineering, and product team to bring ideas to market
- Help define the Marble brand as one representing trust, intelligence, and reliability
- Translate complex customer workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping UX and design systems from zero to one in B2B SaaS
- Experience with designing AI experiences, especially utilizing LLMs and agents
- Deep design thinker who’s biased toward execution and comfortable getting into details
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego and high-ownership mindset
