Graphic Designer

Develop original visual concepts and produce high-quality graphic products for both print and digital formats. Manage the full production lifecycle, including operating digital presses and maintaining standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce professional-quality graphic design products from initial concept through final delivery
• Apply creative and artistic skills to create visually appealing and original designs for both print and digital media
• Design and produce materials using high-end digital color printers and large-format plotters
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to develop and refine graphic products
• Create and format products using Microsoft Office tools
• Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality across various output formats
• Operate and support production equipment including digital color presses, large-format printers, and finishing equipment

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance is required (must have at time of hire)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to operate digital printing and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original design concepts
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
