Responsibilities
- Own ambiguous, high-leverage product areas end to end
- Turn complex systems into clear, intuitive interaction models
- Design original solutions where existing design tools fall short
- Partner deeply with founders, engineering, and product
- Set and raise the bar for craft across interaction, motion, and systems
Requirements
- 10+ years in product or interaction design
- Track record of owning and shipping complex product systems
- Exceptional craft and systems thinking
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Strong leadership and collaboration instincts
- Clear point of view on designâand how AI should (and shouldnât) shape it
