- Translate complex product concepts into structured, intuitive UX flows
- Refine interaction patterns, states, and edge cases to production quality
- Elevate visual and interaction polish across core surfaces
- Collaborate deeply with product and engineering to ship high-quality work at speed
- Contribute to design systems, patterns, and shared standards
- Continuously improve clarity, consistency, and usability across the product
Requirements
- 5-7 years in product or interaction design
- Track record of shipping high-quality product experiences
- Strong UX fundamentals and structured thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail across defining interactions and UI design
- Ability to break down complex requirements into clear flows and interfaces
- Comfort operating in ambiguity within defined scopes
- Strong collaboration with engineering and product
