Product Designer
Armitage Labs 🇪🇪 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia
The Product Designer will create the visual and functional identity of Creem, developing design systems and user experiences for dashboards and developer tools. They will also leverage AI agents to automate workflows and collaborate directly with users to translate challenges into elegant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape our product aesthetics and create cohesive user experiences across our dashboard and developer tools
- Lead the development of our design language from first principles
- Create customer-facing components and patterns that empower developers to seamlessly integrate Creem's capabilities into their workflows
- Build the design systems that make our financial infrastructure both powerful and intuitive
- Engage directly with users, translating their challenges into elegant solutions
- Serve as a key voice of our brand across digital platforms
Requirements
- Design Tool Mastery: highly proficient in Figma and comfortable with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Davinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere
- Prototyping Skills: can bring designs to life with interactive prototypes and light implementation
- Builder's Mindset: have created something meaningful from the ground up
- Communication Excellence: articulate ideas clearly and document thoroughly
- Bias for Action: move with purpose and velocity, driving for impact rather than perfection
- Design Sensibility: passionate about creating exceptional user experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality
