Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design within a cross-functional stream, from discovery and validation to shipping polished, production-ready interfaces. Utilize AI tools to accelerate the creative process and build scalable, accessible product experiences for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Own design within the stream, leading design end-to-end from messy problem space to shipped product
- Set the standard for quality and taste, catching what others miss and raising the bar for the whole team
- Lead discovery, leveraging interviews, usability testing, and ideation sessions to understand customer needs
- Form a point of view and advocate for what's right for the customer and the business
- Design beautiful, scalable interfaces where accessibility and inclusivity are the default
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas, communicate intent, and prove concepts
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to build trust and ship high-quality products
- Use AI as a creative multiplier to generate concepts, prototype faster, and push boundaries
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, with a track record of leading design end-to-end within a cross-functional team
- Great visual design taste
- Strong opinions about craft and the skill to back them up
- Ability to think in systems, not just screens
- Experience with prototyping, not just design
- Ability to express ideas through interactive prototypes and use whatever tools get the idea across
- Experience running own discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions
- Experience working with engineers and thinking through states, edge cases, and behaviours
- Experience using AI in the design process to generate ideas, iterate faster, write copy, or build
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
