Develop independent UX concepts, user guidance, and interface structures for complex digital products. Design and maintain scalable design systems while collaborating with development teams and leading client workshops.
Responsibilities
- Develops user experience concepts, user guidance, and interface structures for complex digital products
- Designs, builds and maintains design systems as a basis for consistent and scalable interfaces
- Works independently on customer projects and is responsible for the UX and interface quality of their topics
- Translates technical requirements, product goals and existing knowledge into clear, viable interface and design system concepts
- Collaborates closely with development teams to ensure that design systems are implemented technically sensibly
- Guides customers through design and structure decisions and provides orientation in complex issues
- Develops and moderates workshops on UX strategy, user guidance, interface structure or design systems
- Observes new tools, methods and approaches, especially in the field of KI, and checks how they can support design, UX or work processes
Requirements
- Funded experience in UX, user guidance, and interface design for complex digital products
- Ability to design design systems independently, build and apply them in projects
- Ability to clearly justify design decisions and represent them confidently
- Structured, independent and collaborative work style
- Ability to prepare, moderate and implement workshops on UX strategy, user guidance, interface structure or design systems
- Experience with tools like Figma and common collaboration tools
- Interest in trying out new technologies and tools, especially KI tools, and integrating them into design and work processes
