Lead the end-to-end design process for core AI products, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable user interfaces and maintain consistent design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the design process for core products, from concept to execution
- Conduct user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and refine product designs
Requirements
- 4-9 years of proven experience in product design, preferably with SaaS/B2B platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic product thinking, design process, and impactful outcomes
- Expertise with key design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Deep understanding of UX, UI, and interaction design principles
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams
