Principal UX Researcher

Lead the quantitative research strategy and execution to measure and predict user behavior at scale across core product surfaces. Establish methodological standards, build UX measurement frameworks, and integrate AI/ML techniques into the research pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and execute the quantitative UX research roadmap for Super's flagship product areas
- Lead the design and analysis of large-scale surveys and behavioural analytics research
- Build and own UX measurement frameworks, defining what 'good' looks like quantitatively for acquisition, activation, engagement, and loyalty flows
- Champion mixed-methods integration and pioneer the use of AI and ML techniques within quantitative research
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX research experience with a deep specialisation in quantitative methods
- Expert-level proficiency in survey methodology, statistical competency, and hands-on proficiency in Python or R
- Direct experience working with large behavioural datasets and analytics platforms
