Senior/Staff Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of Hedge products, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with user needs and evolve the company's design culture.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experience for Hedge products for both internal and external users
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Financial managers to translate strategy into actionable design
- Simplify complex, ambiguous systems with a user-first, systems-thinking approach
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders around a shared vision and clear decisions
- Craft elegant, intuitive solutions for complex tasks, ensuring clarity, consistency and high-quality interactions across platforms
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and product intuition
- Experience shipping impactful work end-to-end, with strong product judgement and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience as an influential designer who ships impactful, strategic work
- A strong design point of view and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills across design, product and engineering disciplines
