Lead the design of intuitive and scalable user experiences for cybersecurity products across mobile and desktop platforms. Collaborate with product owners and engineers to prototype wild ideas and mentor other designers within the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and own: Work alongside product owners, engineering, and UX research
- Navigate the unknown: Handle exploring and rapid prototyping of possible ideas
- Build and refine: Design thoughtful, scalable solutions for complex systems
- Contribute to the culture: Contribute to a design culture that values speed, craft, and honest feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design (mobile & desktop apps) and systems thinking
- Ownership and strong communication skills
- Technical know-how: Experience with Figma, familiarity with modern design systems and AI tools
- Attention to detail: Meticulous eye for visual and interaction details
- Additional: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces, motion design
