Lead the design of intuitive and scalable user experiences for NordVPN apps, focusing on complex cybersecurity problems. Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams while mentoring other designers to foster a high-quality design culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and own design projects, working alongside product owners, engineering, and UX research
- Navigate the unknown, handling the 'explore' mode, trying out wild ideas, and rapid prototyping
- Build and refine design solutions, paying meticulous attention to visual and interaction details
- Contribute to the design culture, valuing speed, craft, and honest feedback
- Mentor other designers and help them grow
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design (mobile & desktop apps) and systems thinking
- Ownership and strong communication skills
- Technical know-how, including experience with Figma and modern design systems
- Attention to detail, with a meticulous eye for visual and interaction details
- Expert-level prototyping skills
