Product Designer
Ease Health Remote (🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States of America)
Lead the founding product design efforts to build a 0-1 experience for a behavioral health operating system. Collaborate with engineering and marketing to scale the ecosystem and optimize the user experience based on feedback loops.
Responsibilities
- Scaling up the Ease ecosystem, designing components and features from scratch
- Translating PRDs into draft designs and ultimately through to final designs pushed to production
- Thinking like a researcher and acting like a designer, seeking out and synthesizing feedback to find signals for how to optimize the experience
- Collaborating with the CTO and engineering teams to build the 0-1 experience and ongoing optimizations
- Working with brand, marketing, and copy partners to build the product experience
Requirements
- Experience in building B2B/SaaS products with complex workflows
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new features
- Ability to rapid prototype and create mocks and wireframes
- Ability to collaborate live in EST time zones
- Organized and self-managed with the ability to move fast
- Ability to produce pixel-perfect Figma designs at scale
- English-speaking and fluency
