Lead the end-to-end user experience redesign of a healthcare scheduling platform, including extensive user research and auditing of existing workflows. Develop a comprehensive design system and high-fidelity prototypes for both worker-facing and admin-facing interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal platform audit and customer research
- Map existing workflows, pain points, and user patterns
- Provide API design input during backend service group migrations
- Design the complete user experience across two frontend batches
- Build and maintain the design system and component library
- Conduct usability testing to validate decisions
Requirements
- Strong UX design experience with both web and mobile applications
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into product design decisions
- Experience designing for complex, workflow-heavy applications
- Ability to design for systems involving APIs and data integrations
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong communication skills
