Responsibilities
- Rapidly identify opportunities and iterate toward validated, high-quality solutions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes
- Design simple, intuitive, efficient workflows for customers and staff
- Plan and facilitate user research, testing, and insight synthesis
- Translate complex business and system requirements into delightful experiences
- Use and evolve our design system for scalable, accessible delivery
- Collaborate with engineers using AI-enabled tooling
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive clarity and momentum
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex digital products and platforms
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder alignment capability
- Experience with end-to-end design for complex, regulated financial journeys
- Strong interaction design, usability & accessibility expertise
- Ability to deliver credible, end-to-end outcomes in compressed timeframes
- Metrics-driven mindset with experimentation and validation experience
