Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to fintech or complex B2B SaaS
- A builder mindset: a track record of shipping things beyond Figma files
- Research fluency: demonstrated ability to plan and conduct rapid user testing, draw insightful conclusions, and translate findings into product decisions
- AI maturity: youâre comfortable experimenting with emerging tools to streamline research, prototyping, and synthesis
