Define foundational UX strategies and lead cross-functional collaboration to create innovative solutions for learner problems. The role involves using AI tools to accelerate workflows and designing GenAI-powered interactions for personalized skill-building journeys.
Responsibilities
- Define foundational strategy and support long-term user experience and product strategies for the domain
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering to identify emerging user needs
- Apply UX design frameworks, principles, and patterns to create innovative solutions to learner problems
- Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and design for GenAI-powered interactions
- Build consensus across senior stakeholders by communicating design approaches that address and anticipate business challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied UX design role
- Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Experience designing for enterprise products
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
