Lead the end-to-end design vision and strategy for high-impact digital products from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align user-centered solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the design vision across projects
- Drive strategic design decisions, ensuring solutions are user-centered and aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
- Partner with clients, product managers, and engineering leads to co-create solutions
- Lead complex design projects across the full product lifecycle
- Facilitate discovery and definition processes
- Mentor and support other designers
- Evaluate product performance, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on products
- Proven ability to lead design processes independently
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and directly with clients
- Strong understanding of product strategy, user experience, and systems thinking
- Experience designing and running experiments, using hypotheses and data to guide decisions
