Connectivity Engineer - Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction

Manage the full project life-cycle of data center connectivity infrastructure from kick-off to production turnover. Coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure telecommunication projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Control - Create, maintain, and report on-site project and program scope, schedules, and milestones
- Learnings - Continuously review ongoing projects for efficiencies in schedule, budget, and opportunities to enable cross-functional partners to be successful
- Forecasting - Support project controls team with forecasting and budget efforts as required
- Technical Reviews - Establish milestones for equipment purchase and track and report against these milestones
- Metrics - Report progress and risks on-site projects and other initiatives to key stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management within data center, telecommunications, or construction environments
- Experience engaging and guiding stakeholders
- Experience providing solutions to construction-related problems
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project
