Transform complex HR processes into simple, intuitive, and visually polished B2B solutions. Collaborate with engineering and operations to lead the entire design process from exploration and technical specification to implementation and result tracking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the exploration, definition, design, and technical specification process of new features in Tako's apps
- Quickly learn about complex topics, understanding limitations and opportunities, through technical research, customer conversations, or specialist conversations
- Document technical specifications (handoff) for development teams and follow up on the implementation and release process
- Execute necessary adaptations, simplify scope, and improve the solution with learnings throughout the process
- Be very close to users and the operations team to collect learnings and understand their main pains and needs
- Develop a deep understanding of the personnel department universe, existing processes, and constraints to be overcome
- Create long-term visions that can be broken down into multiple deliveries that can be sequenced
- Identify where the big value deliveries are and how to simplify the necessary effort
- Constantly seek improvements in the UX and UI of the existing product, thinking about simplifying the experience and ensuring consistency
- Share references, question peers, and perform benchmarks of other products to explore good practices and opportunities for improvement
- Be able to structure and interpret qualitative and quantitative research when necessary
- Participate in strategic discussions, structural decisions, and definition of new features, always focusing on the best user experience and product evolution
Requirements
- Experience in agile teams, working side by side with development teams during the implementation process
- Ability to manage own work in environments with high autonomy
- Refined UX and UI skills
- Previous experience with mobile apps and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is a differential
- Ability to run the entire process of a new feature or improvement, from discovery to results follow-up
- Clear reasoning, ability to communicate learnings and hypotheses behind each proposal, and constant search for simplifying the experience and making it more intuitive
- Analytical vision, ability to interpret metrics and results, and derive hypotheses and conclusions
