Junior Graphic Designer

Support the creative team by producing high-quality visual assets for social media, presentations, and brand collateral. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute designs aligned with brand guidelines across digital and experiential touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, including static posts, stories, and simple motion/animated content
• Design presentation decks, case studies, and new business materials
• Execute designs aligned with established creative direction and brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
• Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment
• Prepare final files for print and production, ensuring proper formatting and specifications
• Stay current on design trends, social formats, and cultural moments to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets
• Work with social, PR, and events teams to understand design needs, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure consistency across all client and internal visual touchpoints
• Assist in producing influencer kits, mailers, and branded collateral
• Support the development of event materials such as signage, menus, invitations, decals, and on-site branding

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
• Agency experience is a strong asset
• Understanding of social media design and digital content formats
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative and visually driven with a strong eye for design and aesthetics
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop within an agency setting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
