Junior Graphic Designer

Support the creative team by producing high-quality visual assets for social media, presentations, and brand collateral. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute designs aligned with brand guidelines across digital and experiential touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for social media, including static posts, stories, and simple motion/animated content
- Design presentation decks, case studies, and new business materials
- Execute designs aligned with established creative direction and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment
- Prepare final files for print and production, ensuring proper formatting and specifications
- Stay current on design trends, social formats, and cultural moments to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets
- Work with social, PR, and events teams to understand design needs, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure consistency across all client and internal visual touchpoints
- Assist in producing influencer kits, mailers, and branded collateral
- Support the development of event materials such as signage, menus, invitations, decals, and on-site branding
Requirements
- 1â2 years of experience in graphic design
- Agency experience is a strong asset
- Understanding of social media design and digital content formats
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative and visually driven with a strong eye for design and aesthetics
- Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
- Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop within an agency setting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
