Senior Graphic Designer

Develop on-brand design solutions across digital and traditional media to drive health system goals. Coordinate end-to-end design projects and manage creative alignment with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Providing on-brand design solutions that align with strategic approach and drive desired outcomes
- Coordinate end-to-end design solutions for all projects, including graphics, photography/imagery, final execution
- Developing and presenting design ideas to internal and external clients
- Able to lead creative meetings and present concepts/campaigns
- Able to execute graphic design across all media types (digital, traditional and non-traditional)
- Facilitate and coordinate campaigns and projects through outside partners
- Continuously hone skillset through on-going professional development
- Supports the maintenance and extension of the health system brand standards, brand resources (graphics, photos) and branded assets (templates)
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited college or university
- High School Graduate with 5 or more years of marketing experience
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
