Shape the user experience for business owners by blending agentic workflows with traditional UI. Prototype directly with AI models to uncover innovative UX opportunities and maintain high execution quality.
Responsibilities
- Prototyping directly with the latest models experimenting, learning their capabilities, and uncovering powerful opportunities to push innovative UX to our customers
- Execution, holding everyone to a high standard of quality
- Define and deliver what the future of AI UX looks like

Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience on shipped B2C products, with a portfolio you can speak to in depth
- Comfortable producing in code or with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
- Fluent with the current generation of AI creative tooling (image gen, video gen, voice) and opinionated about where they're useful
- Experience designing AI or generative experiences: prompt interfaces, automated output, multi-modal interactions
- Systems thinking: design patterns and component libraries that scaled beyond the features you built them for
Benefits
- Compensation is $130,000–$180,000 CAD base plus equity, for Vancouver-based candidates, depending on seniority
