Senior Product Designer - Lifecycle Growth

Take end-to-end ownership of design work focused on business outcomes like activation, conversion, and retention. Run live experiments including in-product nudges and A/B tests to move users from trial to subscription.
Responsibilities
- Taking end-to-end ownership of design work - from business discovery and problem definition, through design, testing, and shipping
- Designing for business outcomes: activation, conversion, retention
- Defining what success looks like in numbers
- Running live experiments - activation banners, in-product nudges, A/B tests, and lifecycle communications
- Collaborating with designers across Activation and other product teams, contributing to design critique and shared thinking
- Writing copy - at Text, designers write the first version of product copy
- Working AI-natively - using tools like Cursor to build interactive mockups and accelerate work
