The UX Designer will translate product goals and user needs into end-to-end user journey solutions across mobile and web platforms. They are responsible for creating high-fidelity UI, contributing to scalable design systems, and using data-driven iterations to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Product & Experience Design: translate product goals, user needs, and data into end-to-end user journey solutions
- UX Thinking & Discovery: participate in discovery, utilize research methods, and communicate design principles
- High-Fidelity UI & Craft: produce elevated designs consistent across platforms
- Responsive & Platform-Aware Design: understand and adapt to platform nuances
- Design Systems & Scalability: contribute to building flexible and reusable designs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft
- Expertise in Figma, responsive design, and accessibility principles
- Experience with design systems, interaction design, and visual systems
- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
