Lead Product Designer (m/w/d) – UX Strategy & B2B SaaS

The Lead Product Designer will define the UX vision and standards, focusing on workflows, information architecture, and the evolution of the design system. They will lead product discovery, moderate usability tests, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality delivery of complex B2B SaaS features.
Responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Usability: moderate discovery with PM/Engineering, translate domain logic into user flows, and validate prototypes
- System & Standards: maintain and evolve the design system, define UX principles, and document UI guidelines
- Delivery with Engineering: work closely with frontend engineers to specify design requirements and ensure design QA
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B web apps
- Strong skills in informationsarchitektur, systems thinking, and interaction design
- Ability to moderate workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with Figma or similar tools
- Fluent in English and German
