The role focuses on designing high-converting landing pages and intuitive user journeys to generate mortgage leads. It involves collaborating with marketing and loan officers to ensure brand consistency and adherence to financial industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Capture Design: Design high-performing landing pages, lead-capture forms, and interactive mortgage calculators
- Trust & Compliance: Ensure all web designs adhere to strict financial industry regulations
- User Journeys: Map out and design seamless end-to-end journeys for various personas
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design multiple versions of page elements to test which designs drive the highest volume of qualified loan applications
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Proven track record of designing for action—understanding how visual hierarchy and CTA placement impact conversion
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into responsive code
- Ability to interpret heatmaps and user session recordings to inform design iterations
- Industry sensitivity—understanding of the human side of mortgages
