Staff UI UX Designer

Design digital interfaces and internal desktop tools to support aircraft manufacturing and assembly efforts. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate regularly with engineers, designers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand requirements
- Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine PRD’s, shaping product strategy, conduct user research and define usability testing targets
- Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, user needs, and share these learnings with the team to inform and justify design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role
- Well-rounded digital product design portfolio with result-driven case studies
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, particularly in AI or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Familiarity with AI products and technologies and manufacturing industry or enterprise SaaS
Benefits
- Base pay range of $170,000 - $215,000
