Graphic Designer - Football Apparel

Lead the creation of high-impact graphics for football jerseys, training wear, and accessories. Translate brand and club identities into production-ready artwork and technical packs for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for match kits, training kits, warm-ups, and lifestyle products
- Develop jersey concepts including placement prints and trims
- Create original artwork, patterns, and graphic systems for seasonal collections
- Translate brand or club identity into modern, performance-driven design
- Prepare production-ready artwork and technical packs for manufacturing
- Ensure accuracy across techniques such as sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, and embroidery
- Collaborate with product development teams on garment construction and print placement
- Research trends in global football culture, streetwear, and performance wear
- Support marketing teams with campaign visuals
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in apparel graphics (typically 5+ years or equivalent expertise)
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance or fashion apparel work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO3D
- Understanding of print techniques and production processes
- Knowledge of garment construction and panel-based design
- Collaborative approach, with experience working across teams or with manufacturing partners
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
