Lead the UX/UI design for advisor-facing investment and wealth planning experiences, specifically focusing on alternative investments. Collaborate with product managers and senior stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute UX/UI design for advisor-facing investment experiences, translating complex investment concepts and workflows into intuitive, compliant, user-centered solutions
- Lead design for critical investment journeys in alternative investments and wealth planning
- Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the development of new and emerging design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products
- Collaborate with multiple product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences
Requirements
- Portfolio link required in resume (please include passwords if protected)
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in product/experience design, with a proven record of shipping and scaling digital products
- Experience designing in regulated, data-rich environments; ability to translate complexity into clarity without sacrificing rigor
