Own the full design process from discovery to delivery for a Swedish SaaS company focusing on people and culture. Collaborate within a product trio to design AI-driven insights and complex data flows for employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products
- Working close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality
- Designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time
- Joining a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams
- Playing a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Experience working end-to-end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow-up in real usage
- Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus
- Knowledge of designing for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers
