Senior UX/UI (Product) Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of digital products and services, from discovery and experience definition to high-fidelity UI execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive engagement and conversion for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Shaping digital products and services end-to-end, working across the full design spectrum
- Leading design thinking across complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces
- Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team to craft delightful and impactful solutions
- Operating as a true end-to-end product designer, seamlessly transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
Requirements
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction
- Proven ability to operate as a true end-to-end product designer, seamlessly transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
- Confidency working across a variety of clients, sectors, and problem spaces, quickly building domain understanding and adapting approach to different levels of design maturity and stakeholder expectations
