Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design and discovery to create intuitive user experiences for cooking at home. Collaborate within a cross-functional Product Trio to iterate on designs using quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery and lead research activities to uncover customer problems and validate hypotheses
• Own end-to-end design and create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver seamless and high-quality solutions quickly and effectively
• Measure and iterate on design success using quantitative and qualitative data

Requirements

• Experience in product discovery and research
• Strong design craft and visual design ability
• Data-informed thinking and ability to use data to inform design decisions
• End-to-end design skills and ability to design intuitive user flows and prototypes
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate uncertainty with confidence
