Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for social media, email, web, and retail campaigns. They will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all channels and managing multiple design briefs from various teams.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling assets for social media, email marketing, web, and campaigns
- Take ownership of small design projects
- Assist in the design of marketing materials including retail decks
- Ensure consistent use of brand colours, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets and brand channels
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life
- Manage multiple design briefs from different teams and prioritise tasks effectively
- Work with the manager to organise and track incoming design requests
- Design compelling layouts that adhere to best practice
Requirements
- Circa 2-3 years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role
- An impeccable and fierce attention to detail
- Able to problem-solve basic design and give creative solutions
- Experience designing for email, social, and web
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Benefits
- A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the London (Shoreditch) office
