The role involves designing high-fidelity interfaces and maintaining a scalable Design System using Atomic Design principles in Figma. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and improve the design-to-code handoff process.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity interfaces, collaborating with Developers, POs, and UX Designers to create visually clear, consistent, and user-centered solutions
- Shape the evolution and maintenance of the Design System, using Atomic Design principles to structure libraries, components, and documentation in Figma
- Ensure that design decisions are correctly implemented and improve the design-to-code handoff
- Create interactive prototypes to define component behavior, states, and micro-interactions when needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UI practices, keeping up to date with design and technology trends
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution and design system work
- Demonstrated experience in working on scalable digital products or multi-brand ecosystems
- Deep understanding in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, and complex library management)
- Attention to brand consistency and visual detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
