UI/UX Designer - AI Hub - Amman or Cairo

Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle for AI-powered digital products from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create scalable design systems and user-focused interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle for AI-powered products
- Define and drive UX strategy, information architecture, interaction patterns, and overall experience vision
- Create high-quality user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready user interfaces
- Work closely with customers, end users, and stakeholders to deeply understand needs, challenges, and expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and business teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong command of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and design thinking principles
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto layout, and prototyping
- Solid experience with Adobe Illustrator
