Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads
- Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-focused visuals
- Use AI tools to support visual ideation and production
- Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams
- Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all BJAK brand touchpoints
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- A strong portfolio showing visual clarity, execution, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools
- Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production
- Solid understanding of layout, composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to work remotely, move quickly, and deliver under tight timelines
