UX Designer - Design Systems (m/f/d)

The role involves owning and adapting the design system, including components and patterns, to enable AI-driven prototyping and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with product triads to ensure consistency, deliver developer documentation, and raise the organization's design maturity.
Responsibilities
- Adapt the design system to enable accurate prototyping with AI tooling
- Own components, patterns, and usage guidelines from definition to delivery
- Proactively identify gaps in the enterprise system and translate insights into accessible, inclusive, and scalable solutions
- Create prototypes to demo, test, and communicate component behavior to stakeholders
- Facilitate ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across the system
- Define how design and code intersect, including AI-driven and token-aware surface needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of design systems
- Hands-on experience integrating design systems with AI tooling and token-based interactions
- Skilled in Figma for component and pattern design, prototyping, and documentation
- Experienced working across design, engineering, and accessibility
