- Collaborating with stakeholders and designers
- Facilitating workshops with teams, product managers, and designers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX research
- Experience in the eCommerce industry
- Ability to take a strategic approach to UX research
- Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to present research findings in an engaging and compelling way
- Experience in defining and formulating UX metrics
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in UX research
