Responsibilities
- Deliver uniform design proofs accurately and on time
- Produce production-ready sublimation files with zero preventable errors
- Create marketing creative output that sustains social and campaign cadence
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative
- Free account managers from design tasks
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in graphic design
- Sports industry experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional accuracy across artwork specifications
- Creative initiative and ability to develop original concepts
- Strong working knowledge of sublimation, vector artwork, 3D mockups and artwork specifications of offshore manufacturers
