Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Analyze data, refine control algorithms, and support automation and intelligent systems development
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system performance issues
- Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, including GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control
- Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to contribute to overall organizational compliance
- Commit to continuous improvement in operations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
- 5 years' experience in designing high precision, automated production equipment
- Hands-on building experience
- Proficient in SolidWorks (must have) and PDM (preferred)
- GD&T and engineering drawing competency
- Accountability and ownership up to and including post transfer
- Automation Engineers or Industrial Automation Engineers background, or Mechatronics background is considered highly beneficial

- Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
