Design intuitive user experiences and visual interfaces for projects ranging from well-defined to complex. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for complex projects with minimal oversight
- Develop UI/UX solutions, conduct user research, iterate based on feedback, and mentor junior designers
- Deliver "case-study worthy" experiences, elicit and communicate business value, anticipate risks, improve team processes, and coach other designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field
- Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually compelling designs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
