Implement agent-facing and customer-facing UI for a call center copilot using React. Develop chat and streaming UX patterns, including citation rendering and confidence indicators, while integrating with Adobe AEM.
Responsibilities
- Implement the agent-facing UI for the call center copilot and customer-facing surfaces
- Build the application in React with a "build once, deploy to web and mobile" approach
- Integrate with Adobe AEM where relevant
- Implement chat and streaming UX patterns for agent interaction
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding
Requirements
- Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
- Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
- Experience with React
- Experience with Adobe AEM
- Ability to integrate with Adobe AEM
- Ability to implement chat and streaming UX patterns
- Ability to use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding
