UI/UX Designer, COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

Design intuitive end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable workflows and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools that serve enterprise and field users
- Translate user research, product strategy, and business requirements into elegant workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences
- Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and experience consistency across digital touchpoints
- Support Signify's purpose-driven mission by creating experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Experience designing user experiences for web-based and/or enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar prototyping tools)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams and clearly communicate design decisions
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating UX process and outcomes are strongly preferred
Benefits
- Salary: $101,572.50 - $135,430.00 (based on experience level)
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
