Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer creates visually impactful designs for digital and print platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. This includes collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce social media graphics, email visuals, and print collateral.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling graphics for digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and online ads
• Create print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral that effectively communicate brand messaging
• Conceptualize and execute visuals for presentations, product packaging, infographics, and brand assets
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that support business goals while reflecting the brand's style and tone
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry developments to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions that enhance user engagement and improve the visual quality of content
• Prepare and deliver final design files for print and digital production, ensuring all files are organized and meet technical requirements
• Review and proof all materials for accuracy and quality, ensuring the final product is error-free and meets project specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print platforms
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate designs based on input from stakeholders
• Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
