Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of high-impact tools and workflows for Brand and Creator platforms across web and iOS. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable design systems and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth
- Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems
- Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery
- Experience working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces
