Translate business objectives into user-centered digital solutions to create intuitive and efficient experiences. Lead user research, maintain the design system, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research (tests, interviews) to define User Personas and map the User Journey
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma and maintain visual consistency through Design System
- Collaborate with business, PMs, and technology teams to validate designs and ensure functional and effective solutions
Requirements
- Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Knowledge of creating and developing UI Kit or Design System in Figma
- Advanced knowledge of Maze
- Desirable: Knowledge of CMS Modjo, research and data tools like GA4, Hotjar, Figjam, Miro, and management tools like Jira, Devops, Notion
- Proficiency in UX process, accessibility standards, and strategic thinking
- Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and excellent communication skills
