Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features and proprietary brand categories from concept to execution. Manage the website's technical and design aspects while establishing a consistent design system across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features and enhancements
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using UX/UI design tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals
- Manage the website’s content, design, and technical aspects
- Apply data-driven methodology to optimize user interaction
- Lead the product development of main proprietary brand categories
- Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback to help them grow in their roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related field of study
- 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Category Manager, or similar product designer position
- 2 years of experience working with NetSuite
- 1 year of experience working with Shopify and managing websites
- Experience working with Inventory management, E-Commerce, Supply chain and sourcing, UX/UI design tools including Figma, KeyNote, and Adobe XD
